Upstairs living room is a wide open area with ocean views and furnished patio. Comfortable light leather sofas, chair and recliner make this upstairs living room a perfect place to relax and enjoy ocean views.

There is a satellite tv, dvd player with over 30 videos for both children and adults, several DVD's, many books of interest as well as dozens of card and board games for entertainment.

The downstairs living area has it's own kiva fireplace, entertainment center and daybed that can be two twins or a king bed for sleeping. There is also another satellite tv with video player in this room.

A sliding glass door leads out to the lower balcony overlooking the ocean.

Upstairs is a pellet stove for warmth and atmosphere in colder times.
