Comfortable light leather sofas, chair and recliner make this upstairs living room a perfect place to relax and enjoy ocean views.   There are over 30 videos for both children and adults, several DVD's, many books of interest as well as dozens of card and board games for entertainment.

The downstairs living area has it's own kiva fireplace, entertainment center and daybed.

A sliding glass door leads out to the lower balcony overlooking the ocean.
