Outside is a beautiful yard with a grassy garden area and a fountain.  A hammock hangs from one of the trees for secluded relaxation.  There is an entrance from the street into the yard area and a private balcony at the edge overlooks the beach.

The beach is a great place for long walks, runs, bicycle riding, building sand castles, and finding sea shells and sand dollars.  The ocean is ideal for boogie boarding, surfing and swimming.  Available for your comfort and pleasure are, sunblock, towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and beach toys. There are two outdoor showers, one on the beach for rinsing, and a nice hot water shower on the lower balcony complete with a shampoo/body wash dispenser.  Bring some firewood for a nice fire or s'mores on the beach in the evening.

The community of San Antonio del Mar has a pool, tennis courts, a pizza place, and a nice park with children's play area, all within walking distance from the house.
