Rental Information

There is a two night minimum stay.

In Season: (March to Sept. 15th)

Friday, Saturday and Sunday:  $450/night

Monday through Thursday:  $400/night

Weekly (seven nights):  $2200

Monthly: $6000

Off Season: (Sept 15-April 31)

Friday, Saturday and Sunday: $375/night

Monday through Thursday: $325/night

Weekly (seven nights) $1800

Monthly: $5000

* A $450 deposit is required

* Prices include daily light maid service and an on-site caretaker.

* Check in is at 3pm and check out is at

   noon.

 Rules and Restrictions

 

* No illegal drugs are allowed on premises.

 

*  No smoking is permitted anywhere inside the house.

 

*  No animals of any kind are allowed on the premises.

 

*  No fireworks are permitted in San Antonio at any time. ($200 fine)

 

*  No additional people at house than agreed to in contract. 

 

Violations will result in termination of contract and loss of deposit and amounts paid.
